DirectEmployers Association will continue to publish extensive, in-depth information about our plans and activities to provide member companies OFCCP compliance and other services. We will provide clarification to the marketplace only when absolutely necessary to correct misinformation. It is our internal policy to not comment in any way on other firms’ ability or inability to provide services or make any judgment as to the quality or value of such services.
